Southern Tier 8 was invited to participate in the Development District Association of Appalachia Inaugural Learning Academy to assess the current Substance Use Disorder Recovery-to-Work Ecosystem.
The selected team will focus on bringing together support teams from across the Southern Tier with the goal to align strengths and define additional needs that play key roles in improving recovery-to-work workforce opportunities across all industry sectors.

The Recovery-to-Work team will be working with the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness of Arlington, VA and other regional organizations from Waverly, OH, Cooksville, TN, Parkersburg, WV & Marietta, OH.
