Southern Tier 8 Regional Board (ST8) is seeking a consultant to assist with the Regional Recovery-to-Work (RTW) Program. Since 2020, the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has invested in 5 unique projects, across the Southern Tier, as part of the ARC INvestments Supporting Partnerships In Recovery Ecosystems (INSPIRE) initiative.
ST8 is seeking help to map the successes and strengths of each project, additional (or continued) needs for the community and strategies to collaborate and sustain the success of the Recovery-to-Work ecosystem development, following the completion of the grant programs. The consultant will work directly with the Executive Director and the organizations engaged in INSPIRE investments.
The project is anticipated to start by August 31st, take 12-18 months, with a maximum budget of $100,000.
