Over the last 2 years, we have been working with each County Planning Department to assess local housing priorities, identify shared needs across the region, and now are seeking professional assistance in defining community-driven priority investment areas and build a regional funding framework that may best compliment other Local, State and Federal investments for infrastructure and workforce housing projects. (We have some good local funds that may possibly be expanded, how can we best do so and scale collaboration across the Southern Tier to increase regional competitiveness?)
We have secured $200,000 from the Appalachian Regional Commission to support this effort across the 8 counties. Please respond by January 8th with your qualifications & ideas!
