What it is.
So-Tier is an intuitive web portal created to serve as a platform to feature all things Southern Tier. So-Tier will bring all the region’s efforts, data, news, projects, stories, events all into one place to educate, excite, and show why our region is the right decision for anyone looking to invest in, hire from, relocate to, start a business, and discover everything it offers for a healthy, well/balanced, and active life.
