Our Role

We support sustainable community programs and projects, striving to improve local economies for residents and businesses throughout the 8 counties. We work with each of the county’s planning professionals and economic developers to prioritize federal investment requests across this region.

The Region’s 5-Year Plan

The region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), is an ongoing regional effort that supports 6 goals defined to encourage community well-being and private-sector economic growth across our 8-county region in Upstate New York.
